Who I Am

I am a psychologist based in Athens, offering psychological support to individuals and couples, in person or online. In therapy we are not only looking for solutions to problems, but also for new ways to understand ourselves, our relationships, and what gives meaning to our lives. Through a therapeutic relationship of trust and respect, I accompany you in this process of exploration, change, and personal growth.
